Working with DreamWorks to launch their first ever channel in South East Asia was an exciting challenge, after all who wouldn’t want to hang out with King Julian Po and Puss?

Whilst we had an incredible library of animation to work with the challenge was to find a simple own able solution that was adaptable to any character and work seamlessly across all areas of the brand from print to mobile.

The identity centres around a brand space created for the characters to live in where they could show off their moves to their own distinct soundtrack.

We created a virtual studio with a giant DreamWorks logo that connects characters to the studio behind their creation, alongside a pattern and colour palette that was bespoke to each character.

Combining a responsive logo for use in small spaces with a distinctive parallax movement of the characters individual patterns means that, whether the audiences interface with the brand is a mobile, tablet or TV, their experience is consistent in all navigation.
